Hydration Recipe Calculator
Making a drink with a balance of electrolytes and calories is as simple as mixing juice, water, sugar, and salt. But calculating the recipe isn't so simple, and has to be done for every different juice you try! This calculator makes it easy. Start with any juice (grape, orange, etc.). Enter the juice's nutrition info and click calculate. Your 2 quart recipe appears to the left. And an estimate of the nutrition info appears below compared to other drinks.
[Don't mind the mess]

In the future this will contain settings so you can tweak the underlying calculations of the recipe (e.g., if you like a higher or lower sugar/salt ratio)
